efax docs question

Hi,

I have downlaoded the efax-0.9-9 ,the latest. I can
not
find the latest docs on this version. The version of
doc
i have can not solve my proble. 
I run the lpr -Pfax ... command . the modem does not
dial out.  modem link looks OK.
Anyone has a working /etc/printcap file that can make
this 
to work?.
