Eric,
	I noticed that if i want xmms to work for other users than root, i
had to chmod +r /dev/dsp. thanks for the module info - i just wasn't ready
to do a trial-and-error search, and now "Il Barbiere" is playing nicely on
my terminal. thank you, julius
