These are the only ones i could turn up. It doesn't look like there are many
if any available for free.

CrossFS Network File System is based on FreeBSD NFS code and offers true NFS
operation ever possible on Windows NT platform. When configured to operate
with a disk volume based on FreeBSD FFS instead of native file systems like
NTFS or FAT it provides uncompromised NFS service.
I hope these do what you need. I never had a need to connect from win9x to
NFS but i had a few minutes to do some googling on the topic.
