[K12OSN] Win4Lin licensing questions

Ok..............  here comes some pot stirring. . .

I have been toying with the win4lin concept on the server.......  after all 
of the technicals are said and done.......  what of licensing?  I hear that 
WIN98 is licensed to run on one computer (EULA) does this extend to thin 
clients as well?  Probably not.   What about the licensing on the win4lin 
software itself?

looking for opinions / facts.
