[K12OSN] Chem Lab Tracking - H.S.

I ran across this site (dmoz.org) that has lots of great software 
available, when I was searching for this one particular thing, where the 
state requires that we track the chemicals in the chem lab....have not 
looked at it yet - anyone know anything about it or alternatives???
