There really is not an "account" per-se. In the "Sign In" form at the
bottom right corner, just enter in whatever user name you want to use.
The syntax is a little unusual, you need to mash two words together
with the first characters capitized, the rest lower case. For example:
OneTwo.

Try signing in with "DaveHopkins".

On the home page, there are a number of links on how to use wikis.
