This is a real small change from beta #15. I fixed one bug and 
updated a couple of packages.

My home office is about to be painted, I've spent more time
moving junk than I've spent on K12LTSP :-(   I have managed to
get through a couple full upgrade test cycles and all looks 
good so far.

The "Install additional software" links now work for the
JAVA packages without completely disabling GPG key checking.
I made a copy of apt.conf to insecure.conf, disabled GPG checking
in insecure.conf, and use that config file when installing
the j2re packages (which are not signed). 

Jim tells me that he will be uploading a big patch set for
LTSP 4.0 real-soon-now, so I have not fixed any of the
issues with the K12LTSP build of the LTSP packages. If you
have USE_NFS_SWAP, you'll need to run the following command
before it will work:

   mkdir -p /var/opt/ltsp/swapfiles


Reminder: this is beta quality software that should not be used
in a production environment.
