[K12OSN] System Performance

Our demo lab has a P3-900MHz-384Mb server running 5 clients.  Only 4 were up 
and running at the time I did the testing.  I ran Open Office and Mozilla on 
each machine and the performance was really bad.  I looked at memory usage 
and it was pegged out.

Any ideas on how to improve the performance?  I can't really show it off as a 
fantastic performer when it runs so slow.
