got a how-to for this? I have never seen TuxRacer work on anything but a local machine and then even some won't work very well.

I'm busy writing a document where I'm supposed to explain the benefits

write about, such as the obvious: no need for hard disks, need for
powerful server, and of course some programs doesn't seem to work, such
as Tuxracer. I thought it would be a good idea to pull from your
experiences. What do you guys feel is the best benefits of thin clients,
and what's the drawbacks?

What prevents TuxRacer from working? It should work fine if the appropriate accelerated OpenGL modules are loaded in.

Thanks!

Yeah.
I've never had the chance to play this game, because it has never worked here. I wonder if it's my video card, though. Audio/Video are onboard the mobo here and they basically suck. Everytime I try to install Debian I can never get the xserver to work and I think it's the same issue (I've given up on Deb...beside k12 works just fine).
Tuxracer seems to slow everything up when I try to start it.
