Heath,
I think you are looking to do channel bonding. I
haven't tried it myself because I don't have switches
that support it but many people have done it. There is
some documentation on this on your system. In my case
it is located at
/usr/src/linux-2.4.18-27.8.0/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt
It might be in a different (but similar) location
because I'm running 3.0.2 and you might have a
different version. You can also google around for
words like "link aggregation", "ethernet bonding",
"channel bonding" to get more documentation.
