I,m a newbe struggling with my first install. I have encountered the crc
error consistantly on trying to install about 5 different dirtributions and
I think it is a problem with my cdrom. I fails a media check on several
cd's. I hope , in the next couple of days, to have the cdrom changed-out and
give it another try. BTW, the media check passes on another machine that I
don't want to use for learning Linux on.
