As I understand it, Linux doesn't frag your disc like windope does,
so there is no need.
Also, any routine maintenance stuff that IS necessary is generally done in the background and automagically, although, this being Linux, I am certain that you have the option of telling it when to do what, etc.
Probably someone with more knowledge will answer this better than I have.
