[K12OSN] LTSP 4.0.0 and Open Office 1.1

When I upgraded from K12LTSP v3.1.2 to v4.0.0 my open office settings for each 
user failed to update.  Whenever the user tries to log in, it wants to set up 
an individual version of OO (one for each user). 

How can I get the network version installed?

How can I set it up so all the users previous settings work?
