[K12OSN] ANNC: Tux Paint 0.9.13 and Tux Paint Stamps 2003.12.23

Tux Paint version 0.9.13, and a new collection of stamps, have just been
released!

Tux Paint is an Open Source drawing program for young children, which
has been translated into over 30 languages, runs on Linux and various
other Unix-like operating systems, as well as Windows, Mac OS X and BeOS
(and hopefully early next year, Mac OS 9 as well!)

The big new feature in 0.9.13 is the ability to flip, mirror, shrink and
grow the 'stamp' images before pasting them into your pictures.

The big update to the stamps collection is a set of Christmas, Hanukkah
and New Year's stamps... just in time for the holidays!

Currently, source tarballs are available.  Windows, Mac OS X, and BeOS
builds will follow shortly, no doubt...  as will package files for
various Linux distros!
