[K12OSN] k12ltsp v4 cannot show chinese character

v4 ships with newer samba (ver 3). If you share linux resources with
samba for w2k there may be a problem with previous filenames if they are
not in UTF8.
But you can predefine code page and character set in smb.conf. Maybe
this help.
