We anticipated that K12LTSP boxes would end up on LANs with admins who
did not trust them. That's why the default setup works so well. You plug
eth0 into your own hub or switch and use eth1 for the gateway to the
internet via your existing LAN. This keeps your client traffic on your
own hub and only the internet traffic goes out via eth1. Your server
will not answer dhcp requests or even be noticeable on the existing lan.
