[K12OSN] apt update for k12ltsp v4.0 beta

I fixed the apt packages in the k12ltsp 4.0 betas to point to reasonable
repositories. This won't be the final config, but it works for now.

Add these to your sources.list:

	rpm ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/ yum/fedora k12ltsp os non-free
    rpm http://macromedia.mplug.org/apt redhat/0.95 macromedia

or download the apt-* packages and manually upgrade them:

	ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/apt/fedora/RPMS.k12ltsp/


I have updated the non-free repository to include working versions
of java, acrobat, and flash. The "Install additional software"
icons on root's desktop should now work.
