[K12OSN] squidGuard on FC1

Just a quick FYI.

If you plan on installing squidGuard on FC1, it seems to fail
compilation for a reason I do not yet understand.  The RH9 (K12LTSP
v3.x) compiled squidGuard works however if you install compat-db from
FC1.
