in my setup out of about 30 - 40 thousand spams it catches about 99% with 
bayesian turned up I also use custom rules I have been tweaking for a while.  
I also get maybe .01% false positives. 

I use anomy sanitizer for the virii protection it does very good as it just 
all out blocks atachements that you can configure in it's config file.
