Hi,
I don't seem to be able to quite figure out this on:
There is a big difference in the font display of GDM and other packages (OpenOffice I believe to be affected aswell) between vanilla installations of RedHat RHES3 + K12LTSP-beta4 packages and K12LTSP-beta-4-build#15.
The display looks good in RHES but in build#15 the fonts still look like non ttf or non-antialiased, and very small.
I don't see really where the font display is being triggerd:
-with or without XFS = Y in lts.conf makes no difference
-tweaking the theme of gdmlogin manager (Bluecurve) doesn't help
-bitsream-vera font packages are installed.
-xfs is running
-same fonts, fontpath on both installations, same machine & same client.
??
/Imma
