[K12OSN] making an install CD from the ISO using a windows machine

Here is the problem:
1. I have a windows 98SE machine.
2. I want to make it a ltsp stand alone machine.
3. What file do I need to tell my windows burner software to set up on 
the CD so that it will boot when BIOS checks to see if I have a bootable 
CD in it?
