[K12OSN] Problem successfully creating CD

I'm at home with a windows 98SE system that I want to make into a 
K12LTSP stand alone box.  What do I need to do to get the 3.1.2 iso 
stuff to burn to a cd so that when the computer is started it will boot 
to install the OS?  I have set the BIOS to check and boot from the CD as 
first boot device.
