There's a good howto linked on the K12LTSP.org download site called,
"Guide to buring CD-Roms from ISO images"

There's also a program linked there called md5sum for windows.
These links should help. Basically it depends on what brand of CD
burning software you have. All have a way to make a disk from an iso
image. What you DON'T want to do is simply save the iso file to a CD and
burn it. Follow the menus in your software and look for something that
will let you make a cd from an image file.
