You will also note that there is no contact information on our
block page. That also was at the request of our schools, they want
users to report all problems to the the local teachers/techs (who
are trained on who to contact up-stream). This allows each district
to handle complaints, whether it be missed "bad" sites or censorship
issues, in the way they see fit (including handing it off to the ESD).

Hey, that's pretty slick, and a smart bit of social engineering. Instead of throwing up a wall that becomes a challenge for the students to get around, it's a quick reference to something useful for the true errorant surfer, meanwhile the filter logs shows you who is making a effort to get around the filtering by seeing them constantly access the filter.php page, in some fashion. Very interesting...
