My first round of testing looks good.  I verified the original bug by
setting MaxSessions=2 and could only log in one time. I upgraded to 
the patched version and could log in/out many times w/o error.

The patch applied cleanly against the stock FC1 gdm (after I gave up 
trying to get the FC2 gdm to work, since the patches were for that 
version). Here's the package I built & am testing against:

I will install this on my production boxes in the morning.
