As an interesting aside, when the CIPA was passed, requiring schools to
do filtering, the average, and is this the average mind you, increase in
cost of school-target internet filtering went up 1000% or 10x depending
on how you look at it. I read that awhile back, just thought it was
interesting.
Another reason to avoid vendor lock-in.
