I used Eric's gdm package w/ Warren's patch on a K12LTSP 4 / FC1 box and
MaxSessions had the desired effect. Logged in/out from 3 machines w/
MaxSessions=2; one terminal was excluded each time. I passed the
exclusion around by restarting terminals one at a time. Looks good here.
