Should be pretty simple. Have them autologon (modify dhcp.conf and lts.conf
to ensure that those are the computers that logon.) Create a user that
matches the computer name (mckiosk-01m mckiosk-02, etc).
Modify the Desktop folder for that user to only show the applications that you
want available to that computer.
I would make a copy of that Desktop folder for quick recovery if the Desktop
gets messed up. (You may want to "recreate" that Desktop upon logon.)
