Yep.

I had to do the following on every XP system:

1) Go to the Control Panel, and open Administrative Tools
2) Select "Local Security Policy"
3) Select "Security Settings/Local Policies/Security Options"
4) Disable 3 "Domain Member" options:
   a) Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel data (always)
   b) Digitally encrypt secure channel data (when possible)
   c) Digitally sign secure channel data (when possible)

Reboot. You should now be able to logon to the domain.

the above info.
