[K12OSN] "mostly" working enterprise linux k12ltsp packages, round #3

After many, many hours of testing, I believe I have the "Enterprise"
update floppy working well. 

Same drill as last time, download the floppy image and README from:

  ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/pub/K12LTSP/testing/EL/images/


I have not updated the packages that need to be updated, such as apt-get,
yum, and redhat-menus. Hopefully I'll finish those off later today.
