Dear Friends,
Please, read the following story.
STEP 1
In Lab A I built a K12LTSP-4 system: 1 Server (Pentium III) + 5 Clients
(Pentium I).
The Clients connect to the Server correctly, and every user can access his
own application.
I plugged the Server into the Internet cable already existing there.
So, every user could access Internet too.
STEP 2
Encouraged by the good results obtained, I built another K12LTSP-4 system.
Placed it in Lab B.
I plugged the Server into the Internet cable already existing there.
So, every user could access Internet too.
UNFORTUNATELY,
I noticed that when in Lab A only 1 or 2 Clients are on
in Lab B some clients on booting connect to the Server located in Lab A
instead of connecting to the Server located in Lab B (and viceversa).
HERE IS THE QUESTION:
can somebody tell me how to ' force ' Clients located in Lab B to connect
to Server located in the same room ?
Thanks a lot !
Angelo Nera
