[K12OSN] Adding users with Webmin - primer

Hi folks

Visit http://links.episd.org/LTSP/ if you are interested in perhaps
using Webmin as your tool to add a large amount of users, or to set up
25 accounts for faculty/community training. 

In this short tutorial I've added a list that loads as user01, pwd:
mascot01, that could easily be tailored to the mascot of your preference
(find: mascot, replace: cougars (or whatever) in users2.txt file)
