[K12OSN] AT Keyboards not working.

ver 4.0 does not appear to accept AT keyboards as default with the message
"fatal server error: you must specify a keyboard in xf86config".
workstations with ps2 keyboards boot, somewhat random however.

i corrected the typo: symboles, in ltsconfig however that does not seem to
be the issue.

any suggestions?
