[K12OSN] k12ltsp 4.0 and S3 video and Open Office

I had same problem on my test server. But fortunately I accidently nuked my
test installation and in new installation this S3 card detected by XFree v4.
And there are no "slow menus" any more.
Weird thing is that both installations was clean and looks same.

You can try specify in lts.conf XSERVER=s3 (i.e. to force XFree v4 s3 driver
instead of "auto").
