Dear Folks,
i am getting desperate. i cleare out the rpm directory, recreated
empty setup with --rebuilddb and proceeded to "install" and unistall cups,
so that i could instal LPRng. it went ok (with warnings), but i still cant
get the printers going (checkpc -f seems to do nothing) and lpstat bl0ows
up.
actually, now uninstall of lprng fails too. am i doomed to full
system reinstall? if so, which directories should i restore from backup?
this year has not run for long, but it begins to suck big time already.
