[K12OSN] Kernel Panic!!

Hi everyone, I am very new with Linux.  I have just set up my first LTSP at
an elementary school using the new 4.0 release of K12LTSP.  This is a pilot
that will hopefully go District wide if I can get past this kernel error.  I
have 32 Compaq Deskpro's that seem to have 3 different architectures (if
that is relevant).
I purchase new 3com cards for the lab and I know they work, but only 6
machines are reaching the login screen.

I am getting two different messages:

Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000292
printing eip:

Code: Bad EIP value
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!

and

Unable to handle paging request at Virtual address 5911acc8
printing eip:

Code: 00 a0 ff c2 00 .....
Kernel panic: Attemped to kill init!


I have tried swapping ram, I added use_nfs_swap = Y just in case it is a ram
issue, but no luck.  I swap NIC just in case I got a bad batch but that
wasn't it.  My boss is ready to give up but I thought someone must have the
answer.  PLEASE HELP!!
