I apologize. I think I started it. :^) I guess maybe I never realized
(or forgot; very likely) that this was a tech list.
I just see the "OSN!" in the name, and think 'Open Source talk!'

I, for one, enjoy the other discussion, but then,
most of the tech talk is still Chinese to me,
even after nearly two years on the list, probably because I am still
just using this stuff for a desktop OS at home and
haven't learned much about networks and terminals simply
because it hasn't been relevant to my usage.
Now THAT's a nice run-on sentence, eh?
Of course, there is the "OSN" list, too, which IS for this
kind of discussion. I've been off that list for a while...
