Now this is crazy.
The machine detects the soundcard, but I hear no test sound.
Sound is completely not working here, but it was working two weeks ago.
I've updated the kernel since then to 2.4.20-28 (as 2.4.20-22)
Could the kernel update have hosed my sound?
