[K12OSN] crystal cs4236 ISA sound cards

I have MANY of these old ISA sound cards.  I 
finally got sound working from my server and it 
works great for PCI sound cards.  How do I get 
these ISA sound cards to work?  I have added a 
workstation specific line in lts.conf like so

[00:80:AD:7A:A0:5A]
SMODULE_01  = sb io=0x220 irq=5 dma=1

add i need to add more lines?
