Hey, like I used to tell my customers when I worked for another company:

   We are prepared to offer any level of service you need, including
   having someone from our company come and sit next to the computer
   all day long, every day,  just in case there's a problem.

   But, that level of service has a price tag.

So, I guess that still could be true :)
