[K12OSN] tuxpaint printing

Tuxpaint seems to automatically print to the default printer.  Can I
hard code it to print to a specific printer that's not the default?  I
tried changing to printcfg=No  in tuxpaint.conf but get the same
result.  I wish this program would ask me where I want to print to
like most others do. Is there a way to force this?
