[K12OSN] OpenOffice Impress presentation linking to outside web pages

Have a teacher trying to link to outside web pages and error we get is to
associate it with a program.  We tried associating it with Mozilla, but
still doesn't open.  Any ideas?  What is the correct path we should be
choosing to associate this program.
