Couldn't you add \\servertwo as a `netbios alias` in your smb.conf file on \\serverone ? I have a 
couple of servers that are know by two different names and these names don't exist in DNS.

The copy the shares etc you need from \\servertwo to \\serverone.

Am I over simplifying this :-/
