[K12OSN] Totem player problem

I am using K12LTSP 4.4.1
When I attempt to start Totem video player the player window will appear
on the monitor screen for about 1 second then it blinks out and is
replaced by an error message that says - Totem could not start up
Resource busy or not available.

Any assistance in resolving this problem would be appreciated.
