[K12OSN] Users and Groups GUI fails under VNC

Hello Paul,

When you get logged into the remote K12LTSP server,via VNC open a
terminal, and type in the following command:

xhost +localhost

Then try and open the user manager,& I m guessing it will work then.
Also You could install Webmin on that Server and just do your user
additions,that way.
