similar to: http://proxy.org/proxy.pl?myspace.com
Most of the nph-proxy based websites won't let you off that easily -
they mangle the target URL so your filter won't catch them. Here's my
regex list:
(nph-proxy.[cgi|pl])
(nph.-proxy.[cgi|pl])
(nph-proxya.[cgi|pl])
(nph-proxyb.[cgi|pl])
(nph-surf.[cgi|pl])
(nph-one.[cgi|pl])
(nph-teste.[cgi|pl])
