From the screen shots it looks like a Nordic OpenExchange. so not all
English.

Must use English here. Because:

What do you call some one who speaks three languages?

Tri-lingual

How about a person who speaks two languages?

Bi-lingual

Well. What do you call someone who speaks only one language?
