[K12OSN] k12 squidGuard on regular Centos 5

Would the k12 rpm of squidGuard work on a regular install of Centos5?
Also it seems SG has changed a bit since i set it up last.  I don't
see a squid-squidGuard.conf file.  Any up to date documentation you
could recommend?
