[K12OSN] firefox --no-restore ?

If the teacher kills firefox2 with FL_Teachertool, the next time it's
launched the user is presented with the "firefox was shut down
improperly" and has the option to  start a new session or restore.
Is there a way to launch to a new session without creating a new
profile?
