No. We don't. But if "network" is in syslinux.cfg, then it will look
for a dhcp server. In fact, I use that possibility while
testing kickstart always on the same machine, together with 
ks=nfs:/server:/path/ks.cfg, so that I don't have to recreate a
floppy all the time.
